Even better than it fits in the Z. You'll be hard pressed to find many motors that don't fit into a 240...wendysricer wrote:that motor and transmission fits?
brake lines are useless. unless he's got an s13 and the z32 is a 2+2, the e-brake cables are useless. if it a tt, the vlsd is useless. and i think only the n/a hubs are useable and only for either the front or the rear, i forget which is compatible with the s-chassis. if the motor is n/a, it's useless.simmode1 wrote:Take these items:

What's wrong with his motor? If it's running, take that and the transmission too.
But I've never seen a 5-lug conversion using Z32 parts. I suppose it's possible, though...

Thanks for the corrections. I wasn't totally sure if all the stuff I said to grab were compatible, but I figured the op could still sell them for a profit if not...numbnuts240 wrote:brake lines are useless. unless he's got an s13 and the z32 is a 2+2, the e-brake cables are useless. if it a tt, the vlsd is useless. and i think only the n/a hubs are useable and only for either the front or the rear, i forget which is compatible with the s-chassis. if the motor is n/a, it's useless.
Looks easier to maintain, IMO. They free up alot of room by converting to a single turbo setup with eletric fans instead the the clutch driven fan+shroud combo. I have no idea why Z32 owners don't do the same...Trigga wrote:Woah, 300zx motor in a 200sx.
Wonder if its still a major pain in the a** to work on/maintain...
I'm confused. What am I looking at here? Those look like Z31 headlights...xX RB Xx wrote:See sig below...?

The OP is stripping parts from a Z32...
