i have the uprights from a 300zx and i want to get a cusco suspension, and since cusco doesn't make different connections for the bottom of their strut will the 300zx struts fit in a 240sx?

Yes. We did 300ZX KYB GR2 in the back of my pal's s13 coupe. Some say rear spring rates differ and so does valving for struts. This may be true.Still, the upper mounts are the same so yes a kit for Z32 rears will fit the S13 with Z32 rear uprights.
