300zx clutch fan

Hey guys okay so my clutch fan lOcked up and everytime I drove it,it would be really loud And the fan would spin superfast well I got thefan of my friends 300zx to see if that was the problem and sure enough it was the fan but now my cars temp goes a little over normal when I drive it ?

A locked fan clutch can wear the water pump out.

You need a new fan clutch, so get that. Then inspect your fan to see if it can be reused. If it has small cracks it should be replaced, either with a new one or a good condition used one.

Then keep an eye on your temps. If it creeps above 2/3, pull over and shut down, you have a cooling system problem.

quick update turned out to be a small hole on the radiator wasent holding pressure.
