i searched the forums but could not find a good answer.. i also checked 240sx.org for installs and found nothing.. i need to know if the 91 300zx TT calipers will fit a new pair of cross drilled OEM replacemnt 240sx rotors.. and if not.. what do i need to fit the calipers..??thanksryan

A 240 rotor is much smaller than a Z's, so it won't get full pad wear, and you'll end up cutiing into the bad, instead of evenly wearing it down. When you do the Z brakes, you need to upgrade the rotor to a Z rotor as well.

thanks for explaining.. so i would need to get the rotors for a 4 lug Z and the conversion kit?

No, you will have to get matching rotors, for the calipers you get. IE 1995 twin turbo calipers / Twin turbo rotors... they are all 5 lug.. there is no 4 lugs, unless you get them drilled.

and no conversion kit, they bolt on.

get the 5 lug rotors and take them to a shop that can redrill them to a 4x114 bolt pattern
