I recently did the Z32 brake upgrade in the front with some SS braided lines. Tomorrow Im putting in the Z32 master Cylinder and SS lines for the rear brakes too. When i ordered the part from my friend, he said that the gauge where the line connects to the master cyl is larger than the S14 master. So is the master cylinder upgrade from the Z32 just a bolt on, or do i have to have it somehow customized to fit. I heard that the stock S14 master does not pump enough fluid to the big Z32 brakes. any info would help greatly on this. and i am going to do a search on this, but i thought i would just ask before i do one. sorry.

The stock mc 'pumps' more than enough to engage the brakes. The purpose of the mc swap is to have a firmer brake pedal and to have better brake bias (the stock m/c has a rear bias).

As for the 'gauge' of the lines, they are the same. The problem is that all z32 mc's are made for abs cars (since all z32's have abs). Now if you have abs, you have nothing to worry about. If not, then read here (sorry, typed this waaay too many times):http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm

thanks man, i hope the guy doin this will understand how to bend the lines without kinking them. otherwise it should go ok, i have no ABS so i guess hes going to have to splic that line in too. but he used to work on nissan for like 20 years. hope this all goes well.thanks again.

Yes, you can use the z32 m/c with no problems. Everything bolts right up.

Read the link and search around about using z brakes in the rear...it's more 'involved' than the fronts (if you want a working parking brake).
