300zx brakes on s14??

Hey i was wondering a few things about putting the 300zx calipers on a 96 S14. i searched but i couldn't find a definitive answer, or i didnt understand how they put it. also the write up for it seems to not work, atleast for me,

Im replacing front and back calipers, and along with the master cylinder and i was wonder about 2 things. 1) If anything needs to done with the emergency brake, and if there is something what exactly needs to be fixed.2)and is there any issues with wheel clearance with the stock Se wheels?

finally try to fix my 240 up haha
