I just went to my local junkyard and they've got a newer 300zx with the 5 lug hubs and the brake calipers and all... Now what I need to know is, what do I take off the car in order for me to put this on my 91' 240sx??? I know that I gotta rebuild them, but I'm definitely pulling these soon!! I know the owner of the junkyard too, so i can pull the brakes for little to no money hehehe help me out homies:ylsuper

Brakes work all around - straight bolt-in.

You can only use the rear hubs if it's an NA 300ZX, not the fronts. You'll need either S14 hubs, spindles and ball joints or aftermarket JDM stuff that bolts right into an S13.

BTW - if you don't want the rear brakes I've been desparately searching for some and would buy them off you.

Hey Chet, Z Car Atlanta definitely said it would be "at least $400" for a set of rear NA hubs and brakes(ebrake, rotor, caliper). Maybe I'm being tight here, but that seems pretty excessive for heavily used stuff that has no guarantee of its condition.

I'll call around to a few other places - but any ideas?

I didn't even bother asking about the front calipers since I'm sure he'd try to rip me off on those too.

Dood... I went to autozone today to get 30mm aluminum calipers. It cost $50 with a core deposit, and $63.99 without it.

So that's about $130 for rebuilt 30mm aluminum without a core deposit. Why do these 300zx calipers go on ebay for $200 when you can just get them at any parts store?

def- call me at work with exactly what you want, or IM/E-mail me(Im is easiest)

you can try R+R autoparts(off of buford highway in norcross), I hook up the woner there with his tires, his name is Guy Chitwood, I can contact him or you can call down there and ask, they're usually very cheap..sometimes you can get away with paying one dollar, walking down there and taking some things apart and walking out and they just go "thanks!"

Remember that you need the whole assembly because the parking brake is drum style.
