300zx brake ?

i have a 96 s14 n trying to upgrade the brakes, i like the q45 setup but i woul like to get the 300zx instead(BADass lookin setup), so my ? is can anybody give me a list of all the parts (kind of rotors ect.)i would need for this set up n also what year 300, my 96 is a four lug but soon enough it be a 5 soplease help me,
