Quick question,
If I pulled Calipers from a N/A 300zx can TT rotors fit? At Autozone, the replacement calipers for N/A and TT are the same, so I'm assuming that 30mm rotors will fit N/A calipers.
Any input is valued,
Thanks,

Yes,.its all compatable except the early 300zx n/a which is 26mm. I think the only difference is the tt is lighter aluminum calipers.

How can I tell if its an early 300zx caliper or a later one (any markings etc.)

I've never seen the 26mm so im not sure. Obviously a 30mm thick rotor with pads (new) won't fit in a 26mm caliper. That's the only way I can think of.

The "26mm Aluminum" calipers were used ONLY on 1990 non-turbos. They used a 280mm x 26mm rotor.

Use a magnet to determine alum or iron. If iron they are 30mm. If alum measure to see which they are:

But if he pulled the calipers from anything other than a '90 Z32, then they are 30mm. And N/A and TT rotors are the same, except for the '90 model.

Believe the rotor will be smaller than the caliper though. You would want to measure the caliper to be sure which you have.
