Alright my right front side has problem,i am running z32 30mm calipers, and have powerslot rotors, with some crappy aftermarket pads. The wear on the pad is very unsual the top part of the pad got worned out completly while the bottom is practically new. Uneven wear in another words. (the left side is fine) I am thinking my rotor got bent from a pothole. I went to my (father in law) his a mechanic, he hasnt lifted the car yet to see exactly what it may be, but he said it could be from the bad positioning of the caliper mounting. I need all 4 new pads so im just waiting for my pads to arrive before i bring in the car for inspection on to see what the problem is. Anyone know what it might be?

sounds like the pad is getting stuck on something. I'd take em out and re-grease everything with some high temp brake grease. I made the mistake of using regular grease when i did my brakes last year, the grease couldnt take the heat and crusted over. My pads wore the same way because they got jammed against the rotor from the crusted grease.

but since the z caliper has no slide pins, im not sure if it could be getting jammed like that. the best way is like you said, lift it and inspect it

more than likely, one of the calipers are blown. Seized calipers can cause uneven wear patterns like that. My old tempo had a seized caliper that wore a taper like what you described.

Take the caliper off completely and test to see how easy the pistons retract.
