Well, I've bought everything to convert my S13 front brakes to Z32 brakes except some stainless steel lines. I know the S13 brakes have a banjo fitting on the caliper, and the Z32 calipers are not compatible with the stock S13 lines. I was going to buy a set of hybrid stainless lines from Project Silvia for Z32 fronts with stock rears.
These.

However, yesterday, I read this on
http://www.splparts.com/
"Note: The standard brake lines will work with Z32 and R32 calipers, no special brake lines are necessary. Just install the banjo fitting on the Z32/R32 caliper -- this is how Nissan installs the brake lines on the S15 (which uses Z32 style calipers) from the factory."
I have never heard of this, and I assume it is true because SPL seems to be pretty well respected. I don't have my Z32 calipers in yet, but can I simply take the fitting off my S13 caliper and screw it into the Z32 caliper? If this is possible, then I can just use regular S13 stainless lines.
Sorry if this is an easy question, but I've never seen anything about this in any of the 300ZX brake write-ups on the web.
Thanks.
