I bought my 90 Z from a guy who was stripping it and he was tearing parts off left and right. I put a battery in it, but I can't even get the interior lights to come on let alone get it to turn over.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

also check all your fuses possible he swiped them or possible the fuse link box between the battery and the strut tower.

thank you I'll try that, I'm also thinking it could be a ground, because there are some wires up front passenger side that come out of the harness about a foot in front of the wheel that were just ripped off of whatever they were attached to.

all of the fuses in the fusible link are ok, but I looked at a 95 Z 2 seater and in the spot all the way to the passenger side was a fuse with a wire sticking out. It looked like they were by passing the fuse but I've seen it in other cars. What is it?

I'll try to take a picture, but essentially it looks like someone took one of those fuses in the fusible link and broke the plastic top off and jumped the fuse part with a wire from one side to the other.

if your talking about the fuse links infront of the battery there should be 3 of them with wires looped
