Well I have a friend with a s14 that had an lsd swap when he got it. The guy said that it was an R32 diff, but I've never really heard of that swap before.
Well anyway, I think we lost some bolts connecting the axles to the diff at some point and so last night I guess one of the last ones snapped while going over a huge speed bump. We thought the whole axle broke, but the axle itself seems to be fine. However, we lost the cap that goes on the end of the axle and holds the grease in.First off, I just wanted to see if we could re-use that axle and just repack it with grease since only the connecting bolts broke.-If so, we need to find out where to get one of those little caps because it's not a stock 240 axle. It has a 5 bolt pattern like a 300zx, instead of the stock 6 bolt configuration.Thats where I was confused cause I thought the 300zx axle was a different length than the 240, along with other differences.And if it is an R32 diff, would those axles fit on the 240?
