Hey guys, So i'm planning to buy a aluminum drive shaft for my Z32. My question is do i have to take out the whole exhaust piping or can i just take out the middle half where the driveshaft carrier is?

It's easier to just drop the whole exhaust as one piece.

I did it by leaving the middle half (testpipes) in and removing the catback. You're just sliding the yoke into the transmission up front, but need to get good access to the bolts at the diff.
