I have the airbag light on constantly.
Wiring diagram on twinturbo doesn't seem to be showing everything..
There's no 12v power going to radio, interior lights, or cigarette lighter.
There's switched 12v going to radio though.
All fuses okay, but there is no power coming into the fuses for audio1 fuse, airbag, and cig lighter.
I checked relays under dash, they all have power going to them.

Other things... When I plug in the fuse for "theft" in outside fuse box, I lose power. It checks out at around 2 volts on all constant power wires after I plug it in. Then I disc/reconnect battery terminals, and then it returns to 12v.

If anyone has had any experience with this , let me know.. thanks

If disconnecting the battery resets the power to that fuse then it's got to be a module shorted out. If it was a harness short i wouldnt change disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. Does doing any action with the car cause it to go back to 2v? That may tell you where to look. Like if you use the wipers and it resets then you may want to examine the wiper motor or switch.

Unfortunately there isn't much info on airbag wiring here. When I get to work monday I'll look it up. I've got a better source for wiring diagrams than this site or the CD scans of the book. The scans of the book suck to be honest. I bought one on ebay because I didn't want to spend $150 for the book. They're missing half of them in between the pages and the primative 90s wiring schematics.. they never were any good on any nissan til about 97+ when they went to OBDII and standardized modern schematics.

Does the airbag light flash a code? Or just stay on constantly when you turn the key on?

Found this out the other day. There are 2 relays behind the fuse block on the drivers side fuse panel. If they go bad, they will cause weird issues like this. I don't think they're shown on the diagrams.

If i plug in the theft fuse in the engine bay fuse box, power is dropped to 2 volts theough out the whole car. I dwitched the two relays under dash with two working ones and same thing. It has something to do with that theft fuse im sure.. It has 12v going to it though. There is no power going to the fuses under the dash for constant power audio, cig lighter and the last one , i think aur bag

Where does the power drop? Does the theft fuse still have 12v at it after you plug it in? Or does it drop to 2v? Or is the voltage lost before the fuse box? That does sound like a bad relay. The wiring diagrams don't show which fuses are which.
