300zx 2 new auto-trans still can't shift pass 2nd

i changed my auto trans and even had it rebuilt changed the trans harnest to, but still i can't get it to shift out of 2 nd gear. help

Honestly I'm not sure what to tell you. Hopefully somebody else can chime in with some advice. But I'd recommend taking it back to the shop that did the transmission work.

yup defintely go back, could be a band issue, could be a spec of dirt in the valve body, could eb the moduator, or even the torque convertor, this is why auto's are a pain

there is an auto transmission i've scene in action built by specialty Z that takes high horspower smoothly and reliably. but it's in excess of 4000 with torqueconverter and plate....specialtyz.com if i can post for them...good smart honest bunch of guys...
