300ZX 2+2 dash lights stay on

I have a 1990 300ZX 2+2, and I have an issue where the dashboard lights are constantly on even when the car is off, although they turn off when I switch the headlights on. When the headlights are switched on, the entire dash goes dark, including the lights on the control pods. I have replaced all the fuses in the car, checked most relays, and replaced the headlight switch, but nothing has helped yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
