300z nismo lsd?

ok here is my question (i checked the forums to look but didnt find my answer, it just talked about which lsd is better or someone puttin it in) with the nismo lsd i was lookin up the one for the 240sx had a 70 lb-ft breakaway torque and d 300z non tb has a 57 lb-ft breakaway. Whats the diff wit da diff n i assume the 3z is better, so can i use the 57 lb-ft lsd n put it n a 40?(is there any diff between abs n non abs, cuz bs is like $100 dollar more)(if ur wondein im gettin it for name n bling for a car show)

the breakaway torque has to do with when the lsd will engage. ABS probably has to do with whether or not your car had it. Generally a lower breakaway torque means less power need be applied before it engages if I'm not mistaken.
