300z LSD Install

So about a month ago i bought a 300z lsd and axles. the guy i bought it from told me that u have to use the 300z axles for it to work, so one saturday i took EVERYTHING!! off my 240 and put the lsd in and the axles were to long! someone told me i would need 1 J30 axles the driver side but i looked up the measurements and it is the same length as the 300z.

-here are the measurements i found

300z- driver-23 7/17.........passenger-22 5/8

J30- driver-23 7/16.........passenger-25 7/16



my question is what do i NEED and have to do??? ive search and i cant get a straight forward answer.

I know u have to change the rear casing and I have the lsd and driver and passenger 300z axles

please any help will be greatly appreciated

looks like you'll need output shafts from an abs 240, or from a 95-95 j30
