300z brakes for my 240

I may be trying to swap 3z brakes to my 240 soon. I can hopefully find a wrecked 3z in a junk yard and then... What parts do i need? Just the Rotors and calipers? Will i need new brake lines also? My major question is about wheel clearance... will my 98 SE 5lug wheels clear the fatter calipers? Any advice or people who have done this swap please respond.
