well I saw one the other day for sale rated a@ 225 hp.sr 20 det block sr16ve pistons make 12.8 to one and 280 o cams also the trumpets like the pic above . tomeiand jun do packages for hardcoresr de's they sound like fun in the right car.meggala

12.8 is pretty high. You would have to run octane booster or race gas all the time.....not saying that is bad, but just stating it.

But, those specs do sound like a true NA machine.

that looks like a SR20ve not a SR20de...i thought the only SR20 that was AWD and had coil packs was the SR20ve???

Its a AWD GTiR SR20DET block and head with a custom valve cover, no VVL.

SR20VE's and SR16VE's were FWD only.

The only SR20's that ever came with stock direct coil ignition were the RWD S13, S14 and S15 SR20DETs. Everything else came stock with distributer ignition.

check out the underdrive pulley on that

yeah but it also has a overdrive pully on the alternator and im sure thats an aftermarket waterpump, so im sure its all good :thumbup

Probably some kind of powder or ceramic coating.
