3000gt brakes on s14?

I have parts from my old base model 3000gt that I'm hoping to use on my gf's base model s14. I have the front brake calipers (2 piston) and slotted rotors for the front and rear. I also have 18" 350z wheels with a +30 offset and some 225/40/18 yokos that I want to put on. So, has anyone used base model 3000gt brakes on an s14 and will the wheel tire combo fit after I get a 5 lug conversion?
