300 zx or what?
Hey, Im trying to figure out what kind of car to get. Best for the buck...89 or such 240sx, or a 95 3zTT? Maybe such things as a engine swap on the cars. Lemme know. Thanks
Not to flame or anything man, but if your planning on buying a 300ZXTT then why would you consider swapping engines? The Z car has about 300 stock horse at the crank with tons of aftermarket support. Unless your planning on spending a small fortune to go with something different, it's not a very wise choice...

The motor swap may be due to the car having a blown motor to start with. If this is the case then a rebuilt or used TT Z motor will cost a pretty penny but will still be cheaper than a JDM SR or RB.
Having the 2 cars to choose from (89-S13 or 95-Z)I would go with the Z. As long as you understand that the TT's require a good owner and some level of service.
