I bought the car about 3 weeks ago shortly after I lost a cylinder thought it waqs the spark plugs so I changed them. Didn't help any. Then a few days later it happened again to another cylinder and a few days later again to a third. I thought maybe coil packs and I swapped them around and it didn't change any. One person tells me its the injectors and another says piston rings. I don't the money to pay someone to look at it so any advice or help would be great tthanks.

Most likely injectors, ethanol kills them. Ohm them and see their condition, you're gonna want to replace all 6 of them.

Most Z's with the OLD STYLE injectors are going out..
If you're going to replace them take a look at the Winfactory top feed with bosch injectors.
These are made for alcohol and will take the E85,
E85 is like 100+ octane so you can safety run a higher boost = more HP

OP, get some new style injectors and fuel rails and call it a day. Should be around $1300 parts and labor.

You need more than just injectors to run E85 man. The stuff will eat your whole fuel system unless you replace most of it.
