All of your maintenance schedules should be in the back of the owner's manual... if you bought your V new, you should have received one.
30,000 miles is a good point to change (drain/refill) the ATF. At 60,000, you should probably have it power flushed.
As for coolant, that depends on what type is in the car. Manufacturers are starting to use longer-life coolants in the cars, so check your manual. If it's the plain jane green (ethylene glycol) stuff, 30,000 miles is the correct service interval for a coolant change. Others will go 60 or 100k depending on the brand.
