I bought a brand new 08 G35xS 3 weeks ago. Power delivery was tremendous! 2nd Gear pulled like nothing I ever felt before! After week 1, I filled up with BP Premium gas and IMMEDIATELY felt a difference in power!!! I haven't put anything but Premium in it yet and it just seems to be performing poorly. (I HAVEN'T TRIED SHELL V-POWER YET) I haven't broken the break-in rules too badly. It only has about 600 miles on it. All of a sudden, it doesn't feel any faster than my wife's 2 year old 200hp TSX!!

Should I change the oil already?Might Shell V-Power make all the difference?

I haven't done anything bad to this car, it's brand new! I'm speechless. Any ideas??!

Almost sounds like you have a load of bad gas. I have the same car and I really haven't ran into this issue.

I'd get gas from a different station.

All signs point to gas.
