Rigth when this is happening step on the gas pedal and your car will start up. Keep stepping on the gas to keep the RPM running. Go for a spin. While your car is running, the computer will recalibrate itself, which will take between 15 - 20 minutes...sometimes less.
This is very common to lots of cars when you unplug something, specially the battery or something from the dashboard. The computer inside will sense something different in your car and will recalibrate itself. While this process is happening just keep your feet on the gas pedal to keep up the RPM running. If you don't the car will stall. If it does just start it up again and keep stepping on the gas and it will startup. The computer can only recalibrate itself if the car's engine is running. Hope this helped solve your problem.
When you did this last thing with the door speaker, did you disconnect the battery??
Hopefully you didnt short circuit the whole system, Like someone else said put it back to stock as much as possible, and contact the dealer
