Okay, I have viscous 180sx LSD (w/NISMO 4.4:1 gearing) with the 5 bolt axles...What I need is the boot on the axle (diff side). Mine is cut...I tried explaining what I had to local nissan dealer but he had no idea what I was talking about...So basically I need a boot re-seal (on diff side) kit for the 5 bolt axle...I ordered the one for the open diff hoping it would be just right, but it's too small....Maybe someone knows where to get this or have a part number for it? My other LSD question is: On the rear faceplate of the diff there are 4 studs, well one stud needs to be removed and replaced and I have tried using vice grips but it was to no avail....Any tips on how to remove it? What stud can I use to replace it?

SR question:I removed my oil pan so I can place my trust one on the engine...I need to know what are the torque specs are for the bolts on the flat plate inside the oil pan( I'm not sure what the exact name is but it surrounds the oil pickup.)?

So you are looking for axles for the 5 bolt shafts... good luck on that one,

For the Studs, use a monkey wrench, vice grips are crap.

You can find the FSM at Zilvia.net on the torque specs.

I think you are talking about the baffles inside of the oil pan. If so, you won't find the torque specs in the FSM as the stock pan doesn't have them. Just tighten them down good enough so they won't come loose. You don't want them coming off after a while and maybe affecting the oil pickup or anything.

There should be two types of boots at your local Autozone if you have one, not sure if checkers or other auto places would have similar kits. My dad's Villager had a torn boot and you can either get a boot that is split in the middle and it has clips along the side or a solid boot but you have to pull the axel out of the 5 bolt housing.

Its called the inner CV boot.

For reference, the boot on the wheel side is called the outer CV boot. Most cheapo car stores sell a generic version of this based on the size.

As far as the drainage baffle on the oil pan, just go by feel. Tighten the bolts down, but don't go tight enough to snap the bolt heads off.

I believe the pre-95 J30's had the same 5-bolt flanges, as well as the Z32's...try asking for a boot from one of those. Ask someone at advance autoparts or somewhere similar to let you look at the boot before you buy it... I can almost gaurantee they'll have it or can at least order it. No need for spending extra on an oem one.
