Thanks for the tips man. I will pull them asap and check for O-ring damage. I will take pics and post em up. If i need some new ones, how much are you selling for and how many miles on them?Didderson wrote:I have 8 working injectors in my possession. Give me an email [email protected] if you're interested man.
It's one of the first things I did on my car. Not a hard install at all man, just a tip, use pb blaster or WD40 on the screws for the injector caps because they strip like butter if you don't let em soak in that.Always install with new O rings around the injector and use white lithium grease to lube it up for easy install without crushing the new o rings.
Hope that helps!

Is there a gasket that i will need to replace between the fuel rail and the manifold?duffman1278 wrote:OO you have top feed injectors, I just realized that, I have 4 that are all working PM at [email protected]
Any how though, top feed injectors are EASY to replace, much better than side feed. In your case, you don't have injector caps, the DE motors do since those are side feed. All you have to do is disconnect any bolts bolting the fuel rail in its place onto the manifold, after that just lift the fuel rail and the injectors pretty much slide right off.
The injector O-rings MAY look like their in good condition but I would try replacing them first. When your installing the new o-ring gets some motor oil on your fingers and lubricate all the o-rings with motor oil, or dip them in oil, and put htem in, see if that stops the leak.
