3 gen maxima headlight housing replacement

hi, im new here and want to know if there is somewhere we can get aftermarket headlights for my 1989 nissan maxima. or if there is other headlights you can replace them with. im looking for projector type headlights and cant find any headlights for replace them with. i heard you can retrofit bmw head light in there.
any suggestions?

If you have some skill with tools, you can retrofit a different projector in there. First you need to find a headlight that is close to the same size. Bake all of them and open them up. You'll have to cut the new donor lights to fit. This is where being skilled with a dremel will come in handy.
It's really not that hard, if you can live without the lights for a few days. Just take your time and find a proper donor, then carefully cut to fit.

yea, i could do that, i just dont know where i could get aftermarket headlights. but that is my next option. my car is temperamental. i got other things to do first.
