oh wow! you had a home made single downdraft adapter, that could not have been efficient, you're gonna soo a huge power gain, gonna feel like a shot of NO2 when the secondaries open up

not really the single carb was great i rebuilt it from the ground up (new floater, gaskets, injectors, needles, etc....) and it was set up for a 2.8

but yes i should be getting a lil more power out of it

WTF! You had a single Weber DGV carb? That seems pretty crazy to me. But those new ones should be pretty awesome now.

the header can be had from MSA for pretty cheap, the nissan motorsport ones cost more but I hear they flow better, as for the surge tank, they are rare, much easier to just make one, this company sells all the parts needed to make you're own http://www.rossmachineracing.com/products.html

you don't need braided steel fuel lines, you won't be running very much pressure, you said you already had a low pressure electric pump? if not get one, then you just need a low pressure regulator, the webbers do not require a return you just have to keep the fuel pressure low enough to not defeat the needle valves and you're done

the stock electric fuel pump is high pressure, it would over power the needle valves and send gash shooting out of the fuel bowl vents, holley red is a good low pressure high volume fuel pump, enough fuel for way more hp than an L6 is gonna make an low enough pressure to not overpower the needle valves

the one off your 240sx was a high prssure model, you need low pressure, something like this http://store.summitracing.com/...w=sku the great thing is they tend to cost less tahn high pressure units
