3.5 rims/wheels on the 2.5

Reading these forums for around a week, first post! Well, I've already test driven the A/C and have decided that I plan on buying it within April. I'm set with a 2.5 + Premium package, which will cost ~ $28k. What annoys me about the 2.5 though = the UGLY wheels/rims that come with it.

I've searched through the forum for information on whether the dealer can provide me with the 18"rims/wheels that are on the 3.5 at an additional cost, yet to no avail.So my question is, May I add on the 3.5's 18" rims/wheels to my 2.5+prempackage? If so, how much would it cost? What other rims would you suggest @ a cheap price (18" only) to match with my pick of Dark Slate?

Get a bone stock 3.5! Cheaper All the package gimmicks are not necessary. Get some Enkei RP-F1's. Sooner or later, you'll come around to performance and light-weight wheels. Plus, the matte bright silver provides a good contrast agains your choice of dark slate.

of course the dealer can get you 18incher from the 3.5SE, but thats going to cost you a lot. I suggest checking ebay or craiglist for cheaper rims, or locally here in the forsale thread to see if anyone is seeling his.

also I would suggest buying an 08 3.5SE as they can be had for about 20K with premium packages. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...A1318

but if you want that new car smell feeling lol feel free to drop an additional 8K on it

Buttttt, I'm 18 and going off to college next fall, so my dad wants me to get a new car (warranty, not used, no etcetc you guys know the deal). Uhm, how much would the dealer charge for the 3.5 rims/wheels?

the 28k is after everything, before price haggle, I'm also a VIP @ the dealership. I'd say i can get it down to 25, maybe even 24 by means of "take it or leave it".

I don't see many differences in the 08 and 09 models though...what ARE the differences? The dealership where I went have a bunch of 08 coupes lying around, and I'm SURE I can get a good price on an 08 coupe, but will I be able to add features on?

Whoa...i was going to say...$28K is way too much for a 2.5 + Premium package... but if you can get the price down to $24K OTD for a fully loaded 2.5...then i would consider it...but $28K is just ridiculous...

I paid 30K for 3.5 with tech and premium pkges. 28 is way too high for a 2.5.

Well the coupe is around ~$22k starting (2.5). Online it comes out to 28k with the prem package o.O

I test drove a 2.5 convenience package btw, the car was ~$24k.

I'm surprised that you got a 3.5 for w/tch/prem for $30k O_ODo you suppose that I could haggle a 3.5 with prem for around $28k?How much do you suppose I could pull the 2.5 TECH/prem for?
