Welcome to the Forum!
Your Coupe has a dual mass flywheel which primarily serves to isolate engine vibrations from the transmission, resulting in greatly reduced mechanical noise in neutral at idle. Do a search for a video. They are a remarkable piece of machinery.
As you probably know by now, the DMF is also pricy and I understand it may be replaced with a conventional clutch at a much lower cost. Of course, labor is probably a big part of the cost, so staying with the original design may not have a major effect on total cost. Have you tried Rock Auto?
Regarding a new clutch, with a hydraulic system, the clutch self-adjusts so, except for slippage in higher gears at full throttle, I don't know of any way to evaluate the condition. Other than your mileage, why do you think you need one?
Also, I don't know the life expectancy of our timing chains, but they go much longer than belts. I'm just at 110k so a chain is not on my radar yet. Do some more searching and see if you can find out about life expectancy before R&R. The V6 is likely an interferences engine, so a broken chain could be a catastrophe, but your mileage seems low for replacement.
