2wd Front struts to 4wd struts

Hello All. I have a 2wd Nissan NV3500. My NV has about 185k on it and the front struts look tired and sits a little low. I want to lift the front up an inch or 2. I have air bags installed in the rear as I tow a 36ft travel trailer. I installed strut spacers but I did not like the ride and took them out. The NV and Titan are the same frames. I was wondering if I could install 4wd front struts from a Titan? Does anyone also know how I can find out the spring rate? Thanks.
