2way LSD for autox/road race?

Everyone says 2ways are bad for road race/autoX applications (or at least beginners anyway) but I am pretty much stuck in choosing 1 of the 2 way LSd available (they are both bolt on) the nismo street or the kaaz one. but after doing some more research ppl made it sound like 2way = no good on streets (I do daily drive the car) and w/ all this maintenace crap I might as well save up for a quaife. Ppl that run 2 ways let me know how it is grip driving. I don't particularly care for drifting, it seems fun I might try it out but grip driving's my focus right now.

there are 1 way and 1.5 way diffs available. If you do not want a 2 way don't get one. I normal driving the 2 way would drive you batty and wear out your tires.

hehe yea. But the thing is, the 1 way and 1.5 way LSDs are ++ more money. Since the newly released KAAZ and NISMO LSDs are both 2 way. I contacted KAAZ, they told me I can convert it to a 1.5 way, but that would be more work and labor. And when you add up the $ of changing the fluid every 3 months, it can almost come close to the price of a quiafe differential (I think I saw one for sale at $1200).

PS: I was in a hurry, what I meant to say was the price of having a 1.5 way clutch type LSD would come close to opauto.com's quaife r200 for sale a bitunder $1200. Not to mention the trouble of changing the oil on the clutch type every 3 months - I put on miles in a hurryyy.

Plus I think another factor that's really attractive about the quaife is I don't see any1 else running it, I really want to see it for myself, maybe I can give some reviews or somn lol.
