2nd time asking Car Shaking Exhuast Smoking PLEASE Help

I posted this awhile back and only got one reply on it. My car has been running really rough, it will shake really hard and there is smoke coming out of the exhaust (White). I dont want to chance running it. PLEASE if anyone had the same problem or has a solution.Thank You

well white smoke is normally water vapor so i would think its a head gasket but with out more info from u i cant tell for sure. u need to check your oil, coolant, and spark plugs. if your oil is milky or contaminated with water. coolant is low or filled with air bubbles. plugs are wet, fouled, or if there different colored form cylinder to cylinder. all these are signs of c blown head gasket. gather some more info and let me know what u find
