2nd starter fire update

Thanx to those that replied.My car checks out electrically perfect.New CD deck wiring checks out perfectly

I had my own theory and Panasonic say its possible and they agree everything points to the new CD deck.

I believe that the new CD deck is digital and the software ((Firmware)) loaded onto the board is causing the 2nd re-boot of the CD deck to cause a communication error and sending a short circuit via something in the same wiring loop (antenna) to go to ground and pulling in the starter relay. The antenna is the only individual wiring to the accessories through the wiring harness.

I don't know if I want to prove this out as I will be out of town while a professional installation shop were I bought the deck will be doing the installation. I would like to be supervising,,,just incase. Although I told NO WAY IN HELL IS THAT SAME UNIT GOING BACK INTO MY CAR.
