Replaced it, nothing, replaced the replacement under Nissan parts warranty, still getting a code for 2nd O2 sensor heater...

2nd O2 is behind the main cat as the turbo setup removed the precat.

I doubt this is related, but the EGR is currently just sitting open, something I plan on remedying soon, but it's not throwing a code for that, and I need to get it emissions tested within the next week to stay legal. Since there's no EGR code, I don't intend to fiddle with it til after I get it tested, at which point I may just plug it til I have to get it tested again, and so on...

Any clues? Car idles a little rough when it's first started, occasionally even stalling (and thus in warmup mode, when the heater would be in action, which the mech at the shop says is probably related, seeing as the ECU makes very minor adjustments based on the reading on the 2nd O2), it's fine once it warms up.

Finally got to drive it post-turbo and I must say it's amazing, now if only we can get this cleared I can keep it, heh.

Management is just an SAFCII, injectors are MSD 34lb/hr, just in case anyone sees a need for that stuff. This is a B15 Sentra SE with a SR20DE+T setup from an Avenir.

2nd o2 sensor does not have anything to do with fuel control. all it does is tell the ecm if your catalyst is working or not. if the heater code is showing up, its usually not the sensor. its usually a fuse or some wiring. test the wires and see if you have voltage, signal, and ground. you may need to run some wires bro.
