I've installed something similar to what OP linked above. It retains my steering wheel controls and 360 camera, comes with a built in DSP... and with a dongle, I can use wired android auto. I have it in my 2015 SL with the bose system (oem unit sucks). I am satisfied with it.... and I want to tinker with it more but dont have much time. Sound quality is decent, if I wanted to go all out I would change all 6 speakers, run my own amp (bypassing and/or removing the oem one,) and install a spare tire subwoofer for better sound. but its a lot of work..
