What's your question?

NA's feel like they have short gearing because of the 4.08 rearend. It's necessary if you're an NA because they don't make any torque (ever, not just down low) but if you have a lot of power (i.e. a quad cam 4.5 liter V8) it gets to be a pain in the a**. You're shifting to early though, your car probably lugs like a b****.

Shift wherever you want lol I'm just saying I don't think shifting that low would feel smooth.

Haha dude I don't even use first anymore. My VH pulls right through second as if it's first.

Never though I'd say this but I miss my car :(

Have you thought about taller gears in the rear end? Do you have an NA rear or a TT?
