well since i'm reassembling the motor this weekend....figure now is good time to ask

what are the benifits (if any) of removing the 2nd butterflies from the upper part of the intake manifold....

I felt a good bit of extra pull in the upper rpm's of my car, but I also gained a slight stumble in cold weather at lower rpm's.
