29,000 Mile G35 For Sale

This 2006 G35 was truly loved by its previous owner, Bev. She purchased it used on August 17, 2007, with 3,262 miles on the clock. While it was in Bev’s care, it was always kept garaged. I’m told it was never driven in snow or even rain, as she babied this car. It currently only has an amazing 29,176 miles on it, attesting to the fact that it was a fair-weather cruiser. Unfortunately, Bev fell ill and stopped driving it 5 years ago, and passed away 3 years ago. Her husband, Wayne, kept it on a battery maintainer and would start the car periodically. He’s my neighbor and has asked me to help sell the car as he is not tech-savvy. I’ve given the car a thorough once-over and serious detail. I’ve changed the oil, and while it was on my lift I inspected the chassis. I believe that it wasn’t driven in inclement weather as the bottom of the car is about as clean as the top. The tires were replaced in August of 2017 when the G had 28,912 miles on it, so they have under 300 miles on them. We have the invoice for the tires. All the windows, sunroof, stereo, seats, lights, and anything else I’ve checked have all worked. The only thing I saw is that the TPMS light is on. I scanned it, and two of the sensors have dead batteries. Other than that, everything functions as it should. Cosmetically, there are very, very few blemishes in the paint. There’s some scuffs under the front bumper cover and a few scratches under the driver’s door. I think I only saw one soft dent, but you have to look to find it. There are pictures of everything I saw. Some of the wheels have some slight curb rash as shown in the pictures. Overall, though, it is extremely clean and well taken care of. There are no rips in the seats, the headliner is taught, and the carpets are clean. There are, however, a few scratches in the shifter bezel, which is shown in the pictures. Being in the Pacific Northwest, we don’t have strong sun to deteriorate plastic components, and it was kept dry in the garage, so it’s pretty well preserved. The car has the Premium Package (Bose with Bluetooth), the Sport Tuned Suspension Package (19” wheels and LSD), and the Intelligent Key. The car is completely stock. Car is located in western Washington State. Clean title in hand. We’re looking to get $15,000. Thanks!
