2871R .86 SR20 Running Problem

Hey, just got my redtop sr20 turbo upgrade finished recently and am having a few issues.

First off it idles around 10.2:1-10.5:1 yet while under boost it runs 11.5:1 and right around stoich during cruise.

Secondly after I've put about 600 miles on it when I'm running more than 1 bar in 3rd gear or above it starts to break up around 4500 plus. Think maybe it running so rich is beginning to foul the plugs.

Ideas?
