could be a few things, first the afm, check the connector at the afm, and when I say check it I mean unplug it make sure there is no moisture inside either side of the connector (remember that hose you blew?)
CHTS, or CTS, it's located int he lower thermostat housing, it's ont he passanger side of the head, the connector looks like an injector clip, make sure it's connected securely, if it's disconnected the car runs stupid rich to the point that it floods itself
ignition, check the distributro cap for moisture (again open it up, that blown hose was right next to the distributor) also check the plug and coil wire boots, any mositure inside there can cause loss of spark
fuel pressure, sometimes the fuel pump dies slowly, it will provide enough pressure for idle but when you rev and the vac drops the fuel pressure raises and the pump shuts off, this is an easy test, just place an inline pressure gauge between your fuel folter and the fuel rail (bonus points if oyu add enough hose to place the gauge under a wiper arm so you can keep an eye on pressure when you drive) should be around 42 psi at idle and climp as rpm increases while driving
