280zx bumper cover removal
280zx bumper cover removal
Does anyone know of a trick to removing the cover from the rear bumper on an '83 280zx? I've loosened all the screws across the bottom, but they don't come out. I know I have to remove the center one to gain access to the end pieces.

There doesn't seem to be a manual there for the 280ZX or any Z cars before the 300ZX. I checked the manual I have and it only shows how to remove the entire bumper. I was trying to avoid that and just remove the plastic cover for painting.
