looking good but with all that effort I still see a buncha stuff taped off that would be pretty easy to remove and would yield a much nicer finnished product, the biggest issue is the front and rear windshields, new glass and seals are cheap

Don't need new glass, nothing wrong it it, and the seals are pretty solid, so no complaints here

My buddy Steve is doing it, he's doing it in the autobody department of the tech school we're at. If you and your friends are capable at body work I think you could certainly redo your 240.

yeh i think im gonna go that route.. looking at a sand blasting gun.. 2 paint spray gun and a welder... dont know which ones to choose. any advice?
