I just asked a dealer today, the 2.5S CVT with leather and navi MSRP is 30500.and i know the invoice is 28000, and with 2000 rebate from nissan with altima, so it become 26000 +tax and fees.....so i ask him, 28000 OTDand he said yes, so my question to you guys who read my post, do you think 28K out the door for fully loaded 2.5CVT with navi and leather worth it ? I'm not looking for V6. thank you

I paid 20k OTD convenience package w/ moonroof in May09.

I would personally just get the base 3.5 @ that price. Or, I would just get the convenience packaged 2.5 and just get aftermarket navi, speakers, wheels, etc

Tell the dealer that you were born at night but not last night!

I bought my coupe $28.5 OTD and that's a 3.5 with premium and Navi

yeah, but you can't let a long drive keep you out of a good deal... check out the Mossy Nissans here in San Diego, Chula Vista, and National City... get a pre-approved loan from the bank/credit union, check in hand and go there ready to negotiate... remember, the hacks at the Stealership are NOT your friend... they will bend you over with no vaseline if they get the chance... tell them you wear a chasity belt!!!!!!!!

you could get a 2.5 for close to 20 and add leather and navigation aftermarket for under 2000.

YEP! I would have traveled anywhere to get my A/C! As it was, I drove 110 miles to get it and it was a blast to drive home! Mossy was the next dealership I was considering, even tho it would have meant shipping the car back to Washington St, but I would have done it in a heartbeat to get the car/pkg I wanted at a great price!

I really appreciate and respect the A/C, but $28k for a 2.5 A/C is a major rip off.

Leather can be very overrated (I've had it in the past 2 cars). I'm not impressed with Nissan Navigation. A back up camera can be had for a few bills. Premium package MIGHT be worth it. Can't remember what your premium package consists of as the G comes with most of the features standard.

Hi there, would you if its possible, scan the contract and block your personal information so i can tell dealer that you got it at that price why i have to pay 28G out for a 2.5 fully loaded.if you could do that i would be really apriciated...please and thank you.if you could please e-mail to my personal e-mail at [email protected] don't have any other choice to get fully loaded, my wife wants it, not me.she won't go with any other pkg and get aftermarket stuff...so yeah.I just need something i can show the stealer that you can get good deal why not me. thanks man...thanks thanks

to be honest, i dont think the dealer is going to match that price. he'll probably make up some crap. how many dealerships have you gone to btw?

many dealers, and they all tell me the same crap that 09 is not going any lower because that the 2010 comes out will be mark up like 2k to 3k, so it looks like 09 is cheapper. but those are just make up, 09 supposed to be lower down the price since its a year old car and the value depriciated for a year already, why am i paying for a full price right ? thats dumb.so thats why i try to get some proof that can help me get a good deal.because my wife have to have all those and its not easy to find with fully loaded these days. and i just found a V6 fully loaded in S.F, thats 600miles away from me and if we get it for 28.5 OTD, i would drive up there. seriousely!!!

that's a great politically correct answer Sentient, but its OK to go ahead and say what the rest of us have al;ready said... THERE'S NO WAY IN PHUCKING HELL YOU'D PAY 28K FOR A 2.5 ALTIMA ... it's OK, I said it for you
scl123 wrote:cvt, leather, bose, sticker was over 31 got it otd for a little over 24.
I don't believe that one either... that's dealer/employee pricing there... no way Joe Blow off the street gets that price.... they make $0 profit on selling a fully loaded V6 at that price OTD... Show me your final paper work showing 24K OTD, after taxes on your fully loaded V6 and I promise I will write the words down on a piece of paper AND EAT THE PIECE OF PAPER! *NOTE* unless you admittingly got a dealer/family.empployee hookup price in which case that post isn't even pertinent to this discussion

My step bro works for the Nissan plant and I got his discount but still ended up paying close to 30k for everything on my 3.5.

Hmmmmm.....show me that s***! I paid $25200 BEFORE my $2400 in tax and that was for a NEW 2008 3.5 SE with everything but NAV! There wasn't a 2009 to be had ANYWHERE for less than 30K.

man I wish I was in the states... that's so much cheaper than what you can get here in Canada.

Also, I'm waiting to get the 2010 2.5s. Can you negotiate at all on brand new cars? How beneficial is it to get one of those wholesale price reports? Is it a good negotiating tool? what about just going through a broker?
