275/40/17 on 5th Gen Maxima?

Hey,There is a guy parting out new 275/40/17's very cheap.I mean less than what one retails for. This is a real "fire sale".i know the guy is legit and they're not "hot". Will they fit on my 5th gen 2002 Maxima? It doesn't sound like it would fit?If they did fit it wouldn't be on the oem SE rims?I would need a 9"or 10" wheel and then its going to hit..right?ThanksBob

Those tires are like 2" wider and 1/3" taller than stock.

I would check ebay for some used tires. Etiresmarket always has a good selection of used 17s.

I get pairs of RE040s for $70.
