265/70R16 Clearance

I just mounted some 265/70R16 Grabber AT2 tires on my stock rims. I'm trying to figure out the most cost effective way to handle the rub without having to lengthen brake lines, etc. I'm hoping a 1" spacer lift would solve the issue. Please post your thoughts and suggestions.

You can do some plastic trimming as described here, which doesn't necessitate changing the suspension at all.
