264 cams on stock injectors and ecu?

Can you run 264 cams on stock injectors and tune with a ka? I have a walbro in the tank and nistune but I really see no reason to get a tune if it is not needed for just a cam upgrade. I am sorta building this car in stages and wanted to get all the motor end working and shook down a bit before I turbo.
